Tra una pedalata e l ’altra ci fermeremo per conoscere il vero protagonista della zona: il formaggio. Un tour facile, adatto anche a chi non è super allenato, perfetto per chi vuole unire natura, sport e gusto.
Itinerary – How the Furmàcc Tour Works!
01. Meeting Point and Departure
Meet in Lecco / Valsassina (at the agreed-upon location), briefing with the guide, bike and helmet check, and departure toward Valsassina.
02. Valley Bike Path
Start on the bike path connecting Barzio and Taceno—an easy, smooth ride through the countryside, with photo stops and brief breaks along the way.
03. Tastings and Return Trip
Stop at a local establishment to discover Valsassina’s “furmàcc,” learn about the region’s dairy traditions, and sample local cheeses (depending on the package chosen), then return along the bike path to the starting point. Total duration: about 5–6 hours; difficulty: easy; total distance: about 35 km.
